Norwalk, CT – CoreOne Industrial LLC (CoreOne), an industrial real estate investment company headquartered in Norwalk, CT, sold 405 Heron Drive in Swedesboro, NJ to Black Creek Industrial REIT IV for $26 million or roughly $102 psf. The 254,220 SF asset was acquired by the CoreOne group in November, 2017 for $12.4 million or $50 psf.
