- Up to $25 million (will consider larger acquisitions if it is a multi-tenant asset/portfolio) between 40,000 and 500,000 sq ft.
- We will consider smaller deals if they are located in the Northeast, within close proximity to an owned facility, or are a single tenant NNN asset
