CoreOne Industrial Acquires 260 Enterprise Drive in Newport News, Virginia

Darien, CT – CoreOne Industrial, a privately held real estate investment and operating company headquartered in Darien, Connecticut, recently acquired 260 Enterprise Drive in Newport News, Virginia, through a sale-leaseback transaction with Custom Vinyl Products LLC (“CVP”).
The acquisition consists of a 40,000-square-foot industrial warehouse situated on a 6.16-acre site within Oakland Industrial Park. CVP has occupied the property since 2007 and manufactures and installs custom vinyl products and doors for a diversified customer base of homeowners, builders, and contractors, benefiting from both new construction activity and recurring replacement demand.
The acquisition represents CoreOne’s third investment in the greater Hampton Roads market and its sixth acquisition in Virginia.
The transaction was facilitated by Jeff Henson of Industry Real Estate Partners. Acquisition financing was provided by Provident Bank.
