Darien, CT – CoreOne Industrial LLC (CoreOne), a prominent industrial real estate investment firm based in Darien, CT, has successfully completed the sale of 2 Testa Place in Norwalk, CT. This transaction consisted of a 20,000 square foot industrial facility and 3,000 square foot retail building situated on a 1.15-acre lot. CoreOne originally acquired the asset in December 2018 and utilized a portion of the building as its initial office space. Following the relocation of CoreOne’s headquarters to Darien, the company has now sold the property.
