Darien, CT – CoreOne Industrial, LLC (“CoreOne”) announced today the successful sale of its industrial property located at 3 North Street in Waldwick, New Jersey to a private local investor/user. The transaction highlights CoreOne’s continued ability to identify and execute on off-market opportunities and capitalize on strong market demand for well-located industrial assets.

CoreOne acquired the property via an off-market transaction at an attractive basis, leveraging its local relationships and market knowledge. The firm ultimately elected to bring the asset to market due to an upcoming vacancy and completed the sale amid continued demand for infill industrial product in Northern New Jersey.

Proceeds from the sale will be redeployed into new acquisition opportunities as CoreOne continues to grow its industrial portfolio across targeted markets nationwide.
