CoreOne Industrial Expands Midwest Portfolio with Acquisition of 8980 East 33rd Street in Indianapolis

Darien, CT – CoreOne Industrial, a privately held real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition, redevelopment, and management of industrial properties across the United States, has announced the acquisition of 8980 East 33rd Street, a 40,000-square-foot industrial facility situated on 3.58 acres in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Strategically located near the I-465/I-70 interchange, the property offers 24-foot clear heights and resides within one of Indianapolis’s most active and accessible industrial corridors.

The building is fully occupied by WorldPac, a leading distributor of automotive replacement parts to independent service professionals. From this location, WorldPac operates a mission-critical last-mile distribution center, providing same-day and next-day delivery of original equipment (“OE”) and aftermarket parts throughout the greater Indianapolis region. The facility’s functionality and location are integral to WorldPac’s just-in-time logistics model and customer service capabilities.
