CoreOne Industrial LLC buys 100 N. Sam Houston Road, Mesquite, TX

Darien, CT – CoreOne Industrial LLC (CoreOne), an industrial real estate investment company headquartered in Darien, CT, has acquired 100 N. Sam Houston Road, Mesquite, TX. The purchase consists of an Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) site encompassing two buildings totaling 81,552 square feet on a 5.62-acre lot. The property is currently occupied by SRS Distribution, the nation’s largest network of independent distributor brands specializing in roofing materials and building products. SRS has recently entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Home Depot, the largest multinational home improvement retail corporation in the United States. This property marks the third IOS site acquired by CoreOne in 2024.

The sale of the transaction was facilitated by the JLL Industrial Capital Markets of Dallas team led by Trent Agnew and Parker McCormack.
