Darien, CT – CoreOne Industrial LLC (CoreOne), an industrial real estate investment company headquartered in Darien, CT, acquired 4590 Village Avenue in Norfolk, Virginia. The purchase consisted of a 38,735 SF warehouse situated on a 2.71 acre lot. The building has 24’ clear ceilings and is currently occupied by Preferred Direct Mail Services Inc. The property was sold by local brokers, Lang Williams and Chamie Burroughs of Colliers. “We continue to see strong demand for industrial properties in the Norfolk area,” commented Chamie Burroughs, Senior Vice President of Colliers International. “We are thrilled to have been part of this transaction and look forward to seeing CoreOne Industrial’s success in the market.” According to recent statistics, the Port of Virginia is the busiest port on the east coast, and Norfolk International Airport ranks as one of the top three cargo airports in the nation.
