Darien, CT – CoreOne Industrial LLC (CoreOne), an industrial real estate investment company headquartered in Darien, CT, sold 304 Friendship Drive in Greensboro, NC. The sale consisted of a 36,778 SF industrial building located on a 2.65 acre lot. CoreOne was represented by local brokers, Jason Ofsanko & Ryan Conboy at Cushman & Wakefield. CoreOne acquired the asset in June 2022 and after executing a strategic plan, the building was sold to an affiliate of Lucky Dog Volleyball for their expanding operations. “We were pleased to have represented CoreOne Industrial in the sale of 304 Friendship Drive to Lucky Dog” said Ryan Conboy, a broker at Cushman & Wakefield. “The building provides a new home for their brand, where they can continue to create equitable access to volleyball gear, resources and information for their customers.”
