Darien, CT – An affiliate of CoreOne Industrial LLC (CoreOne), an industrial real estate investment company headquartered in Darien, CT, has acquired 8901 First Industrial Drive, Southaven, MS. The purchase consisted of a 42,050 SF warehouse situated on 3.5 acres, currently occupied by Therm-All and Encore Steel Building Company. The property was sold by local brokers, Hunter Adams and Preston Thomas of Colliers.
